At SWVS, we strive to provide the best in southern hospitality and continuing education in the industry. With that in mind, we are excited to introduce the SWVS Rewards Program. With this program, you’ll get great rewards just for registering to attend our yearly Symposiums.
We make earning rewards simple. For every dollar you spend registering for SWVS, you’ll get one loyalty point in return. These points can be used to get great rewards such as extra entries into future Exhibit Hall Prize Drawings and discounted future SWVS registration.
Don't worry about tracking your points; we will keep up with them for you. *The Rewards Program started in 2017.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Simply register to attend a SWVS conference and you will begin earning points.
You will need to fill out the form on the website. Please fill out the form BEFORE you register for SWVS 2023. We will register you for the conference and send you an invoice.
No. You will automatically be enrolled into the Rewards Program when you register for SWVS.
You can begin using your accumulated points one year after you earn them. Example: Points earned for 2017-2022 SWVS registration may be redeemed in 2023 or banked for future SWVS conferences to receive larger registration discounts.
No, you can only use a group discount or your reward points. You cannot combine the two discounts. No discount of any kind can be used with reward points.
You can only use reward points for FULL Conference Registrations. No, 1-day or 2-day, Exhibit Hall only or Student Registrations can apply.
You will need to tell the staff how many of your points you wish to use and how you wish to use them. Extra Prize Drawing tickets with your name will automatically be placed into the drawing according to how many points you redeem. If you choose to redeem your points for a registration discount, you will be given a promo code to use when you register online for the 2023 or future SWVS conferences.
If you cancel your registration for any reason, you do not get your rewards points back.
