We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site and during registration. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, direct contact from you or during our registration process. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us or information in regard to your registration of SWVS. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to provide you with proceedings or information you provide to Exhibitors.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about events, or changes to this privacy policy.

Third Parties that will have access to your data
- Attendees – Exhibitors will receive a pre-mailing list and a post-mailing list of your name and mailing address. This does not include phone numbers or email addresses.
- Attendees – The Partner VMA’s (Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Louisiana) of your respective state will receive your email, phone number, name and address.
- Attendees – The Veterinary Information Network (VIN) will be given your name and email in order for you to access the online Proceedings.
- Attendees & Exhibitors – If you book a hotel room with us, your name, email, credit card information and phone number will be shared with the hotel you book.
- Exhibitors – Your information will be displayed on our interactive floor plan and your email address will be shared with AGS to contact you about your booth set-up.
How Long Will We Store Your Personal Data?
Your personal data will be retained by us for 10 years following the end of the event. Information is not sold, traded or given to any other entities. We will provide you with notice if our privacy policy changes. An opportunity to reject such changes will be provided. We use safe, secure technology and other privacy protection programs to keep your personal information.
