San Antonio offers a wide range of affordable hotels. All the San Antonio hotels were selected with you in mind. The SWVS Official Hotels were selected by popularity in safe locations nearest to the Convention Center. All of these hotels are ready to make you feel welcome, and you will find friendly service with incredible San Antonio hospitality. These hotels are across the street or a few blocks from the convention center, River Walk, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Hotel rooms go fast, so please make your reservations early. You will need to register for SWVS 2023 in order to book a hotel room (the hotel booking form is a part of the online symposium registration), do NOT call the hotel directly to book your room. Hotels must be booked before September 1, 2023 to reserve a room at our rate.

Hotel Confirmation Numbers will be sent directly to you from your confirmed hotel to the email you used when you registered for SWVS 2023.  If you did not receive a confirmation from your hotel or need to make any changes to your reservation, please call the hotel directly. If you need to make any changes to your hotel reservation, please contact the hotel directly after September 1st.

The Henry B. González Convention Center is an easy walk from the SWVS Official hotels in the downtown area so there is no complimentary SWVS shuttle service provided between the hotels and convention center.
