Check In Policy
Hotel does not release any guest room keys while guest rooms are in the process of cleaning. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM or later.
Check Out Policy
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Any unauthorized stayover after the 11 :00 AM check out time will be charged a full day rate.
Cancellation Policy
Individual room reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the reservation arrival date (6pm CST). All Group reservation cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax. All guaranteed reservations will be held until 12am on the day following the arrival date. Should guest fail to check-in by this time, a no show charge of one night's room and tax will be assessed, unless guest makes prior arrangements with Hotel for late arrival. In the event a guest departs prior to scheduled departure date, a fee of $50.00 will apply. Fee will be waived in the event of an emergency.
Other Information
Any special requests will be handled on an availability basis only. Hotel cannot guarantee specific floor requests, rollaway beds, connecting rooms, adjoining rooms and/or rooms on the same floor(s).
Rollaway charge of $10.00 per night is additional to the room rate and is only permissible in guest rooms with a King bed.
