Exhibitor eligibility is determined solely by Southwest Veterinary Symposium. The decision is based on the company products or service, which must directly relate to veterinary practice. SWVS retains the right to approve exhibitors and determine the exhibitors' space.

• Lead Retrieval: Commercial booths receive free lead retrieval, accessed via the SWVS app.
• Attendee Meeting Matching: Set up a one-on-one meeting with an attendee during conference dates and times.
• Exhibitor Badges: Four allotted exhibitor badges (additional badges $150 each)
• Exhibitor Lunch: Total of four complimentary lunches (2 for Friday & 2 for Saturday)
• Exhibit Booth Furnishing: Set with 8' high back drape, 36" high side dividers, one 6' x 30" skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one 7"x 44" identification sign. All aisles will be carpeted. Booth spaces are NOT carpeted.
• Company Description: Listing on the SWVS Interactive Website, Mobile App, and On-site Guide (limited characters)
• Company Logo: Listing on the SWVS Interactive Website and Mobile App
• CE for Exhibitors: CE discount for Booth Staff employed by an exhibiting company.
• CE for your Client: $50 off SWVS registration for exhibitor clients, after Early Bird Registration ends.
• Attendee Mailing List: Exhibiting companies receive the mailing list of SWVS attendees 3 weeks prior to symposium and within 1 week after the symposium. (Lists will not include email or telephone numbers)

Non-Commercial booth fee applies to non-profit organizations, associations, colleges and universities. Please provide a copy of your non-profit 501c3 tax status. If you do not fall in the category of non-commercial, you will need to register at the standard booth rate.

Exhibit Move-In

All exhibitors and materials must be setup in show condition and operational by 2:00 pm.

Exhibit Move-Out

Early dismantle is prohibited at the Southwest Veterinary Symposium. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Sunday, September 24, 2023 by 11:00 am.

SWVS has negotiated and selected popular hotels with a range of prices and a variety of amenities that are convenient to the convention center or are in walking distance.  More information can be found in your Exhibitor Service Center.
