Most importantly, do not provide them your personal information, especially your credit card number. These rogue companies (commonly referred to as “pirates” or “bandits”) may charge your credit card for services not rendered. The official hotel reservation/ housing services company for the Southwest Veterinary Symposium is SWVS. All reservations must go through Southwest Veterinary Symposium. If you are contacted by anyone else asking if you "need a room at the upcoming Annual Symposium” or representing themselves as the “SWVS Housing Bureau,” please get as much information as you can - such as name of the company, the person calling, and their telephone number - and immediately email these details to info@swvs.org.
