IMPORTANT: You may experience a small delay if you
opt to mail or fax your registration forms. We encourage you
to register online. A slight risk exists that your first selection
for Interactive Labs may not be accommodated if you register by fax
or mail.
Forms of Payment
VISA, MasterCard and checks are accepted for payment. All checks
must be made payable to SWVS and must be drawn on a U.S. bank. If you
want to register online and pay by check, a payment option for “check” is
available, and your registration will only be considered confirmed
on receipt of the mailed check.
IMPORTANT: Checks must be postmarked by the deadline for discount
pricing. Any payment received after the deadline will
be charged already to the registration price listed below. Checks must be received within 5 business
days after registering online.
Registration Confirmations
Confirmations are sent by email so please
provide your email address! If you do not have an email address,
you will receive a confirmation within 2 weeks by mail. If you are
considering an Interactive Lab with limited space, online registration
is encouraged. Mailed or faxed forms require manual processing and
there is a chance you may not get your first selections. If you do not receive a confirmation within
2 weeks, please call 1-866-849-8870.
