Shuttle Service
Complimentary shuttles are available to and from official SWVS hotels. Shuttles will run daily during SWVS 2008 and are sponsored by Iams Pet Foods (P&G Pet Care). The daily shuttle schedule is as follows:

Airport Shuttle Service
Go Yellow Checker Shuttle is the preferred transportation company that offers service between Dallas Fort Worth International Airport/Dallas Love Field Airport and Dallas hotels at a special fare of $12.00 one way for SWVS attendees when registering online. Click on the "Go Yellow Checker Shuttle" button below to register and receive the discount rate. Shuttle pick up is at the baggage claim area of the airports.

SuperShuttle offers service between Dallas Fort Worth International Airport/Dallas Love Field Airport and Dallas hotels. For the special SWVS rate register online and when you purchase an e-ticket you will receive $3.00 off the regular fare, one way or $8.00 off roundtrip. Taxi Cab Rates
Taxis cabs from the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport are available on the upper level of each terminal except terminal D which is at the lower level. Fares to downtown Dallas are approximately $43. Fares to downtown Dallas from Love Field Airport are approximately $18.

Parking
There are a variety of parking options in downtown Dallas for SWVS attendees. All official SWVS hotels offer hotel parking at special rates for SWVS attendees.

Dallas Convention Center parking is available at either the DCC parking garage or in surrounding lots. The DCC parking garage can be accessed through the entrance on Griffin Street, and parking is $10.00 per entry (cash or check). Lot parking is available at the DCC Parking Lot C on Lamar Street for $10.00 per entry (cash or check).

There are also privately operated parking lots on Lamar Street too and these lots charge at least $10.00 per day. (Must pay in cash).

SWVS Hospitality Center
Complimentary refreshments will be served Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings 7:00 – 8:00 am. The Hospitality Center will be located on level 2, lobby C-D of the Convention Center.

Speaker Ready Room
The speaker ready room will be open to all presenters and moderators. Presenters can obtain information on their assignments. A lounge area will offer online access and a place to visit with peers or simply relax.

Career Opportunities
Paid registrants of SWVS can post job opportunities on our web site, as well as on-site at SWVS 2008 via the job board in the Exhibit Hall. Online postings are complimentary and will be available on our web site for 90 days following SWVS 2008. For more details go to our online Job Bank.
