When it comes to our exhibitors, SWVS knows that your success makes
for a successful Exhibit Hall for everyone... exhibitors, attendees and
SWVS alike. We have taken measures to generate traffic in the Exhibit
Hall to ensure a beneficial experience and success for you and your booth
staff at our Symposium.

Exhibitor Hall Hours

• Saturday, October 4, 2008 / 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Sunday, October 5, 2008 / 9:00 am – 1:30 pm
2008 Floor Plan – View the
The floor plan is a web-based floor plan that changes as reservations
are made and finalized. This document changes daily so check back frequently
to see if the space you want is available and who your neighbors will
be. If you want to reserve your space via email simply email us at exhibits@swvs.org with
your booth request. A signed contract and deposit are required to reserve your space.
2008
Exhibitor Contract
Great hours:
- Open 20 hours, many of which are non-competing with continuing
education sessions or labs.
Great location
- Located adjacent to continuing education sessions for maximum traffic
flow in the Exhibit Hall
Ongoing Events
- A grand-opening ribbon cutting and reception will be held Friday,
October 3rd. Plus, coffee breaks and food and beverage stations strategically
placed in the Exhibit Hall throughout the day.
Continuing Education Credits
- Veterinarians licensed in Arkansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas may claim two (2) additional credit hours for visiting the Exhibit Hall. DVMs from states other than those listed should contact their state licensing board to check eligibility for Exhibit Hall credit hours.
Prizes
- Our prize-drawing program encourages veterinarians and technicians/hospital
personnel to make purchases on-site in the Exhibit Hall.
- Standard in-line (10’ x 10’): $1,995• Standard
corner (10’ x 10’): $2,240
- Island 1 (20’ x 20’): $8,450• Island
2 (20’ x 30’): $10,500
- Non-profit: $150
All booth fees include:
- One 10’ x 10’ exhibit area, draped to 8’ high
backwall and 3’ high side drape
- One 6’ draped table
- Two side chairs
- Identification sign
- Six (6) representative badges PER 10' X 10' booth *
- Computer printout of professional registrants (mailed to exhibitors
after the symposium)
- Recognition in the Symposium Guide
- Free promotional paragraph in the “Meet the Exhibitors” guide
- Complimentary refreshments (while supplies last)
- Access to convenient on-site show office
* Additional name badges are available for a fee of $25 each. A service
charge of $15 per badge will be charged for all name badges made or re-issued
on-site, regardless of the reason why.
2008 Exhibitor Service Kit will be available in June to all "paid in full" Exhibiting Companies.
