What are the move-in and move-out hours?

Early dismantle is prohibited at the Southwest Veterinary Symposium. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 7:00 pm.

As the date of an event draws closer, exhibitors and attendees are from time to time subjected to improper solicitation from unaffiliated hotels, third-party housing agencies, and third-party vendors. SWVS assumes the responsibility to demand a cease and desist of such efforts. We advise that you do not use any solicited services provided outside of SWVS official contractors. In our efforts to give you a quality event, we encourage you to book your housing accommodations using the reservation tools provided on this website and exhibitors service providers listed as SWVS 2019 official contractors. Beware of, and report any unauthorized solicitations to show management at Tina@swvs.org.
Certificate of Insurance Information
Certificate of Insurance is mandatory for all Exhibiting Companies to participate in the 2018 Southwest Veterinary Symposium. All exhibitors shall carry general liability insurance with SWVS listed as an additional name insured. Please provide a copy of your Certificate of Insurance to Exhibits via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax at 1 (972) 850-7469 by August 29, 2018.
Exhibit Hall Rules

Each booth will be allotted four (4) complimentary exhibitor badges per 10'x10' exhibit space. (For example, a 10' x 10' will receive 4 badges, a 10' x 20' exhibit will receive 8 badges and so on.) The rate for additional badges that exceed your company's complimentary allotment is $50 per badge. Exhibitors can register for badges until August 25, 2018. As of August 26, 2018 a $25 late registration/change fee will apply for any additions or changes to exhibitor badges.
Individuals not associated with an exhibiting company may purchase an Exhibits-Only Badge. The cost is $70 on Friday and Saturday, and $60 on Sunday. Exhibits-Only badges may not be combined.
Lunch for Exhibitors
Each 10'x10' booth will be allotted two (2) complimentary Lunch Bucks (worth $15 each) for both Friday and Saturday lunch in the Exhibit Hall (total of 4 Lunch Bucks per 10'x10' booth). All food and beverage may be purchased at concessions in the hall with lunch bucks, cash, or credit card (American Express, Visa or MasterCard).
CE for Exhibitors
All veterinarians, technicians and office staff employed by an exhibiting company receive a 50% discount on conference CE sessions. CE registrant MUST also register as exhibit booth personnel. (Proper registration and attendance is required to earn CE credits. Labs and additional activities require full payment at the time of registration.)
